Ivone had always envisioned her wedding as elegant and romantic; her wedding ceremony would be decked out in white, while the dinner reception would be dreamy, romantic and pink, with lots of candles. It was our honour to bring her vision to life on the most important day of her life. The photographs are by the incomparable Jim Liaw. Our bride shared with us that she’d always known that Jim would be her wedding photographer, even before Terrence proposed. Jim photographed her brother-in-law’s wedding and she fell in love with his work.

Terrence and Ivone got to know of us through weddings of family members and friends that they had previously attended, and since our bride was her own wedding planner she hired us right away.

Wishing Tree also decorated their wedding ceremony that was held earlier in the day. Wanting an atmosphere of serenity, Ivone went with an all-white decor, from chairs to vases and including the oversized, handmade paper flowers that adorned the chairs lining the aisle. We love the elegant simplicity of this idea.
